Refunds and Returns
Given the nature of our service and the products we are providing, returns are not possible. However, compensation in the form of a replacement will be made to correct an error in your order, or in the case a package has been delivered in a damaged condition.
To be eligible for a replacement, we will require proof that the package has been damaged, or delivered in a manner that the product is no longer useable. Photo documents will be accepted along with complaints. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a re-issue claim, please contact us at email@example.com. If your claim is accepted, we will send you the replacement as soon as possible.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the situation and correct it to make it right.
Refunds for Tickets
Tickets for our Savvy Events are not refundable unless stated on the ticket purchase page. At any time you can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or 613-SAVVYCO (728-8926) to request a refund and we will consider crediting the value of your purchased ticket for to be applied to tickets for a future Savvy Event.
