Small batch crafted, this rosé wine is bursting with notes of fresh cranberry and juicy raspberries. Winemaker Mike Traynor chose to create a rosé wine that is light red in colour rather than typical pink with low intervention winemaking techniques to allow the Gamay grape variety shine through with each sip. This wine is not filtered, so natural sedimentation will most likely be found on the bottom of the bottle.
Serve chilled with grilled meats, roasted vegetables, charcuterie, soft cheeses and lightly spiced dishes.
