Trail Estate Winery Skin-Fermented Gewürztraminer 2021

A low intervention and small batch wine created by Trail Estates’ winemaker Mackenzie Brisbois. This white wine is bursting with flavour from the nose to the palate. Pour yourself a glass of this ‘Juicy Red’ and enjoy eldeberry, rose and orange peel on the nose. Then flavours of honey and peach interlace on the palate with a soft tannins. Reminiscent of an apertif-style drink and perfect for sipping or pairing with spicy foods like Thai, Mexican or Indian foods. The Gewurztraminer wine complements the heat in the spicy dishes.
