Trail Estate Cabernet Franc Foxcraft Vineyards 2019

This wine is all dark fruits — wild berry, cassis with a ash of liquorice and spice — hand harvested from the premium Foxcroft Vineyard. Considered a single vineyard wine (made with grapes harvest from a certain block of vines), the result is a juicy (in its relatively young form), this should evolve beautifully over the next decade.

Big, bold and perfumed with leather, menthol and black pepper on the nose. The palate is full with bright acidity, medium grained tannins and a lingering finish. This wine will drink best if decanted or aged for a few years.
