The Old Tun Pinot Noir Sparkling Rosé 2020

With experience in the wine, cider, and beer industry, Ramsey Khairallah is known as the ‘sparkling beverage master’ and owner of The Old Tun.  He creates small batch beverages using the bounty from his backyard in Niagara.

Made with Pinot Noir grapes and fermented cool in stainless steel tanks, this natural sparkling Rosé wine is finished without any fining or filtration.

Pour yourself a glass and noticed that the aromas are similiar to watermelon, strawberry, candied cherries, and even a bit of juicy kiwi that continues through with each sip.  The finish of this refreshing bubbly has a zesty acidity.

Perfect to pack in a picnic basked in a 500mL bottle – enjoy with lunch, Happy Hour or while reading with a good book on the cottage dock!
