Winemaker Tanya Mitchell certainly knows what she is doing! She has been impressing our Sommeliers with Sprucewood Shore wines for many years. We were delighted to have this new wine showcased at Corks & Forks Wine Festival.
This wine is produced by hand selecting the finest fruit, then slow drying the grapes over a 2 to 3 month period to further ripen and concentrate the grapes. The result is a wine of mind blowing depth, body and complexity!
