This is another outstanding wine from Sprucewood Shores located in EPIC Wine region – Canada’s southernmost wine region.
This Cabernet Sauvignon grown in 2020 was of exceptional quality. This red wine was produced using the Ripasso method for further depth and concentration – refermenting on Appassimento grapes pomace. The result is a wine with a complex nose of dried raspberry and caramel with smooth and integrated tannins.
