The Hawk’s Flight Reserve series represents the finest small-lot wines from Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery, located on the Lake Erie North Shore. Each Hawk’s Flight Reserve wine is made in limited quantities and reflects the unique lakeside terroir that defines Ontario’s southernmost wine region.
Crafted by winemaker Tanya Mitchell, this Baco Noir was grown on the estate’s own vineyards overlooking the lake. The warm breezes and long growing season help the grapes develop deep colour and rich flavour.
This vintage earned Gold at the All Canadian Wine Championships and Bronze at the National Wine Awards—a testament to its quality and craftsmanship. The 2024 edition combines richness and finesse in a way that’s distinctively proudly Ontario.
