A cool wine deserves a fun name! This gem made in extremely small batches (not even 100 cases!) at a virtual winery in Niagara on the Lake. The wine fermented for 10 days on its skin to give the wine extra extratraction of flavour for this deliciously dry white wine.

A bright and zesty nose with white peach, tangerine, grapefruit zest, and a hint of lemongrass. Soft and round on a fruity palate with grapefruit pith and minerality with a crisp finish.
This wine goes great with both soft and firm goat cheeses, Spanakopita and sushi. Serve chilled and enjoy every sip!
