This is a very special wine from Rosehall Run Vineyards. The winemaking team carefully selects grapes from Single Vineyard parcels to craft this exceptional red wine.
The goal is to showcase the unique taste of place. This wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the Nedelko Vineyard located in Niagara.
A classic Pinot Noir with bold cherry aromas with notes of raspberry, cinnamon spice and earthiness. The bright, almost candied, cherry dominant fruitiness carries over to the palette balanced with lively tannins and an impressive finish.
Pairs well with duck breast, venison and a variety of pork dishes such as pulled pork of ribs. Also an excellent pairing with roasted or grilled mushrooms.
