This is a new wine from our friends at Rosehall Run.
A field blend (winespeak: a blend made with a variety of grapes selected by the winemaker) in the in both style and spirit. Rosehall’s winemaker Dan Sullivan, made this easy drinking red wine to have prominent raspberry nose with a delightful burst of strawberries and raspberries on the palate, with a whisper of black pepper on the finish.
An ideal pairing for a summer barbecue. Pairs well with several grilling staples, including hamburgers, sausages, portabella mushrooms, or grilled veggies.

The 2021 Sully’s Mix is Rosehall Run’s first foray into an estate grown red wine blend. The estate Pinot Noir and Tempranillo, owing to a wet but mild harvest, was able to hang later than usual and was picked in mid-October. This resulted in light, yet flavourful fruit to work with to create this special field blend wine.
