Dan does it again! Rosehall Run’s winemaker & co-owner Dan Sullivan continues to impress us with his wine creations. This bubbly is made with 100% Pinot Noir from their vineyard in Prince Edward County.
Winemaker Notes: Bright tastes of grapefruit with fresh cranberry that leads into a creamy strawberry mousse. There is a touch of earthiness that you’d expect from 100% Pinot Noir.
What to pair with this sparkling? Deep-fried Mushrooms, BBQ meats and vegetables, even decadent chocolate covered strawberries. Dan recommends to avoid serving with foods that are very sweet or very spicy.
