A rich bouquet of orchard fruits- apples, pears and peaches – with lifted spice notes is a welcoming introduction. On the palate, a bold melange of green apple and lemon is deftly balanced with a long, satisfying, buttered toast finish. Pairs well with lobster, creamy pasta dishes, and mushroom risotto.
