Reif Estate Empress Sparkling Chardonnay

Sparkling wines are always harvested a bit earlier in the season to ensure they have a nice bright acidity and fresh fruit flavours. This wine was produced with Chardonnay grapes by the Charmat process with low carbonation making it easy drinking and smooth on the palate. An off-dry white sparkling wine with fresh, simple, fruity flavours of green apple and lemon. Perfect pairing alongside a holiday meal or serve before a meal with hors d’oeuvres and will always please a crowd! Will also pair well with seafood, potato chips and other salty snacks.
