The 2021 vintage produced red wines that illustrate elegance and harmony. In this Gamay Noir, the nose shows notes of ripe strawberry, floral and a warm spice – all classic characteristics of a Gamay wine. As you take a sip, you’ll enjoy a light-bodied red wine that is juicy with fresh tastes of red berry and pepper with a balanced medium in length finish.Â
Tips from the winemaker: Try this wine lightly chilled with a charcuterie board, or with a vegetarian tomato based dish, a turkey burger or even a pork schnitzel.
