Get ready for a BIG red wine!

This is a blend of 40% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon & 24% Syrah. The result is a rich red wine that has aromas of tobacco and earthy characters with cedar, warm spice and ripe dark berry fruit creating a complex and inviting wine.  Take a sip to enjoy the with medium tannins, smooth texture, black fruits (think cassis) and hint of smoke and a dash of freshly ground black pepper.

Enjoy this bold red wine with Beef Wellington, grilled flank steak or simply pair with a well aged cheddar cheese.
