Pelee Island Winery Pure Organic Rosé

This organic Rosé wine is a classic salmon colour with aromas of watermelon, floral and exotic fruit like mango or lychee.  Not bone dry, rather lots of fruit flavours will grace your palate.  This medium bodied wine has tastes of raspberry, strawberry even a bit of apricot with a long, balanced finish.

This wuld be a good match with black olive and garlic tapenade or a homemade pizza. Also pairs wonderfully with grilled salmon, turkey burgers, sushi and a picnic basket of summer salads and charcuterie.
