Made from a blend of Vidal Blanc, Chardonnay, Muscat Ottonel, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Viognier, this small-lot sparkler captures the diversity of Niagara’s vineyards. The wine was produced using the Charmat Method, preserving bright fruit and creating a fine, persistent mousse.
The 2023 vintage brought exceptional ripeness and freshness, allowing each varietal to express its best traits—Vidal’s structure, Chardonnay’s balance, Muscat’s perfume, and Riesling’s lively acidity. Together, they create a sparkling wine with depth, energy, and harmony.
