Muscedere Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

This small lot Cabernet Sauvignon was made exclusively from hand-harvested grapes and aged in French oak barriques for 12 months. The result is a well-balanced, full-bodied wine. It exhibits a dark ruby red colour, with dark fruit flavours and soft tannins on the palate. Muscedere Vineyards is located in picturesque Harrow on Lake Erie’s North Shore. The beauty of the land conceals the richness of its soil. It is the soil that is responsible for the dramatic intensity of the fruit used to create their wines. This award-winning Cabernet Sauvignon stands beautifully on its own and also makes an excellent pairing for lamb chops, braised short ribs, venison, and beef dishes.
