Meldville winemaker & owner, Derek Barnett was excited to make this sparkling wine – it is his first ever bubbles!
It is very light in colour with an incredible intensity on both the nose and the palette. There is a creamy, rich texture on the mid palate with fine bubbles and just enough acidity to balance the sweetness. Tropical fruits, honey and white flowers, it is a wine with elegance and balance. Our Savvy Team loves this bubbly wine. Easy to drink & low in alcohol too.
