Meldville Wines Muscat Bubble 2021

Although this is not a rose wine at all, Meldville’s winemaker Derek Barnett popped open a bottle at our Clink & Drink Pink event.  We’re making it available online in case you discovered it at this event!

This sparkling wine is very light in colour with an incredible intensity on both the nose and the palette. There is a creamy, rich texture on the mid palate with fine bubbles and just enough acidity to balance the sweetness. Tropical fruits, honey and white flowers, it is a wine with elegance and balance. Our Savvy Team loves this bubbly wine.  Easy to drink & low in alcohol too.

Derek’s favourite pairing? Chilled with good friends and conversation.  We’ll drink to that!
