The 2023 growing season was exceptional, producing fruit with intensity, balance, and freshness. Grapes were hand-harvested in pristine condition, crushed, and gently pressed. The juice fermented slowly in neutral French oak barrels, preserving bright fruit flavours while building subtle texture. The wine then rested on its lees for six months, adding creaminess and depth.
