A crisp, expressive Sauvignon Blanc from one of Niagara’s most respected small-lot winemakers.
The 2025 growing season was exceptional across Ontario wine country, with warm temperatures, well-timed rainfall, and a dry September that allowed Sauvignon Blanc to reach full maturity. For this vintage, winemaker Derek Barnett sourced fruit from an older Sauvignon Blanc block at the Lizak Vineyard in Beamsville, only moments from Lake Ontario. The lake’s cooling influence slowed ripening and preserved the grape’s natural acidity, resulting in a wine with clarity, balance, and concentrated flavour.
