Meldville Pinot Noir 2018

This Pinot Noir has a dark cherry skin colour with aromas raspberries and wild strawberries with very pretty floral notes. The palate is rich and showing ripe cherry and raspberry flavours and just a touch of cinnamon and ginger spice. It has beautiful mid palate texture that is followed by a great balance of acidity showing a touch of red currant on the finish. This wine will pair well with roast chicken or a glazed ham. It would also pair well with dishes that include wild mushrooms and seared salmon and tuna dishes.
