Made with estate grown Pinot Noir grapes that was fermented in barrel to offer more intense flavours, this rosé shows bright notes of cherries, raspberries, lemon-lime with a hint of warm spices. There is no doubt that this wine is crisp and refreshing with red fruit and citrus flavours that create a rich mouthfeel and well balanced finish.
This stunning wine would be a delicious complement to lobster, grilled fish, Spanish paella or creamy pasta dishes like shrimp with white wine sauce.
