Yet we don’t want you to miss this spectacular premium red wine crafted by Mitchell McCurdy – Marynissen’s winemaker. The wine is so good that our Sommeliers are considering it to be featured in our Savvy Wicked Wines club box in February.
Made with 67% Cabernet Franc & 33% Syrah grapes and aged for 16 months in used French, American, and Hungarian oak.
The result is a deep ruby with earthy and jammy aromas of cedar, baking spices, blackberry jam, and hints of vanilla and black peppercorn. Medium-full on the palate with juicy flavours of black cherry and blackberry leading into a rich, layered finish.
