Marynissen Estates created this smooth, full-bodied Niagara blend of Cabernet and Merlot. Aromas of dark berries, black plums, liquorice and baking spices move around the glass. The taste is well balanced with flavours of plum, cherry and blackberry with hints of basil and thyme.
This is a perfect dinner wine to share over a warm beef and root vegetable stew, or a mushroom stuffed chicken breast with a fresh arugula & walnut salad.
