Debbie first met Glenn Symons before Lighthall Vineyards became a reality. During his final Sommelier service exam (Debbie was one of the evaluators), Glenn poured a bottle of South Bay Chardonnay and revealed that he had just purchased this vineyard in Prince Edward County. Years later, that vision has evolved into one of the County’s most celebrated family-owned wineries, known for crafting wines that reflect the character and potential of this remarkable cool-climate region.
Today, Lighthall Vineyards continues to produce small-lot wines that showcase the best of Prince Edward County, and Progression Sparkling Wine is no exception.
