Pinot Noir’s signature aromas of raspberry, black cherry, dried rose petals, beetroot, sandalwood and leather. On the palate, beautiful red fruit of black cherry and raspberry are complemented by notes of dark chocolate and earthy notes. There’s a nice mineral element in the background.
Serve with duck confit, mushroom risotto, roast turkey dinner, black bean burgers, or your favourite pizza.
