A rich red wine which is a blend of 40% Merlot, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon & 24% Syrah has aromas of tobacco, cedar spice and ripe dark berry fruit create a complex and inviting wine. With each sip, enjoy the medium tannins with black pepper and black fruits that continue to an elegant finish of vanilla with mocha undertones.
This full bodied red wine will pair with a variety of dishes like Beef Wellington, grilled flank steak or simply pair with a well aged cheddar cheese.
