Winemaking Notes: Harvested and pressed on October 3rd, 2022. The wine must was then allowed to settle for a couple days before being racked and inoculated to begin the slow cold fermentation. It then spent 7 months in a stainless steel tank before being filtered and bottled in June 2023.

Lailey Winery has re-opened with alot of attention. Ann Sperling and Peter Gamble have been consulting winemakers to help re-launch this winery’s stellar portfolio of wines.
This impressive Riesling is a classic with aromas of green apple and lime. Well balanced with tropical fruit (think mango or kiwi), green apple plus some minerality. This is an easy drinking wine to chill and drink now.
If you like older Rieslings, this white wine has the ageability of 3-4 years.
Enjoy a glass on its own, share with family & friends at a party or pair with a meal of halibut with lemon and caper sauce, chicken piccata or broccoli and apple salad dressed with cilantro and dijon mayonnaise.
