The Estate Rosé 2021 captures the essence of Niagara-on-the-Lake’s Lailey Vineyard, a site known for its mature vines and expressive fruit. Crafted in small batches, this wine reflects both the region’s cool-climate precision and the winery’s dedication to terroir-driven winemaking.
Each year, select vineyard blocks are chosen for their balance, aroma, and structure—ideal for producing distinctive rosés. Grapes were harvested from old vines at the Lailey site and processed using the traditional Saignée method, which gently extracts colour and flavour while preserving elegance. The blend—53% Merlot, 32% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Malbec, and 5% Zweigelt—was barrel-fermented and aged for four months in French oak, adding texture and a hint of spice.
