From our friends at KIN Vineyards located in a small town of Carp – west of Ottawa, this white wine has a pale lemon colour.

Winemaker’s Notes:
Our Carp Ridge Chardonnay grapes were harvested with rigorous selection and sorting, on two dates, with 50% early picked on October 4 and 50% later picked on October 21, 2019.
Oak profile is 19% New, 70% Neutral and 11% Stainless Steel. Total elevage of ten months. Weekly battonage of each barrel over 4 months prior to blending, light bentonite fining and cold stabilizing before minimal filtration and bottling.
