Kern & Co Winery Foxcroft Vineyard Chardonnay 2018

Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes farmed by Wismer Vineyards which were hand harvested, fermented and cellared in select French oak barrels for 22 months. The result: a wine with a layered aromatic profile of golden peach, pineapple, and meyer lemon zest, followed by hints of cedar and elderflower. Finely textured and savoury on the palate with flavours of creme brûlée, poached pears and lingering minerality on the finish.
