More about the winery & owners: Icellars Estate Winery owners, Adnan and Elif prioritize environmental sustainability in their winemaking practices. Since August 2020, Icellars has started full organic farming practices in all of its 60 acres and received Certified Organic designation after completing the 36 months certification process in August 2023. Icellars is not only Certified Organic in farming but also Certified Organic in the cellar dictating much less sulphur use, 100% wild fermentations and minimal intervention.

This Bordeaux Blend from Icellars Estate Winery is a medium to full bodied red wine made up of 40% Cabernet Franc, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Merlot and 10% Malbec that has been aged 12 months in French & American oak barrels. All of these grapes were grown on their estate.Â
This red wine is a beautifully balanced with silky smooth texture with fragrant sweet spices, dark plum, black cherry, cacao and fresh herbs on the nose rounded out with a delicious finish.Â
Primed to enjoy now and with the cellaring potential for five years, this wine will pair nicely with herb-crusted leg of lamb or pork tenderloin with roasted strawberry-red wine sauce, mushroom risotto and BBQed steak.
