This vibrant pink Rosé wine captures everything people love about warm-weather wines; bright fruit, refreshing acidity, and a clean finish that invites another sip.
Crafted at Fielding Estate Winery, a family-run winery located atop the scenic Beamsville Bench of the Niagara Escarpment, this wine reflects more than 20 years of thoughtful winemaking in Ontario.
The blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot was specifically selected from vineyard plots designated for rosé-making. Grapes were pressed shortly after harvest, with minimal skin contact to extract fresh fruit flavours while maintaining a pale, elegant hue. Fermented cool in stainless steel, the wine was bottled early to preserve its lively character and expressive aromatics.
Whether being shared at a cottage weekend, poured at an early-evening gathering, or enjoyed al fresco with friends, Fielding Estate Winery’s Long Weekend Rosé makes any day feel like a warm and sunny long-weekend.
