This white wine is lovingly made in the traditional style of winemaker Andrea Kaiser’s late father – Karl Kaiser – who affectionately called her ‘Drea’. Karl enjoyed crafting Sauvignon Blanc wine. He was an outstanding winemaker and his daughter is showing her talent with her virtual winery – Drea Wine Co.
This is the third Sauvignon Blanc that Drea has crafted. Focused on highlighting the aromas and flavours to be classic fresh gooseberry notes on the nose that continue into the palate with each sip. Fermented in stainless steel and of course, like other wines Andrea has made, this is bone dry.
Enjoy chilled to soften some of the racy acidity that Sauvignon Blanc wines are known for. Serve with fish & garden fresh vegetables, sushi, or cream based sauces with pasta & shrimp. This may become your new favorite white wine. Our Sommeliers are certainly impressed with it!
