Divigerence Wines is a virtual winery in Niagara-on-the-Lake located in the same facility as Marynissen Estate Winery. Winemaker Jeff Moote crafts small batch wines and this Sauvignon Blanc was intentionally made keeping the weight and warmth of the wine to pair nicely with heavier white meat such as turkey or pork and with creamy sauces and savoury vegetables such as asparagus, garden fresh green beans or peas. Delicious!
