A medium-bodied red wine crafted in small batches with some of Niagara’s best Gamay Noir grapes. Made by a little known virtual winery – Divergence Wines – located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the Gamay Noir grapes for this red wine were sourced from the Wingfield Vineyard managed by the Wismer Family – a highly sought after grape grower in Ontario.
Winemaker Jeff Moote is very proud of this medium bodied red wine. With the balace of red fruit and gentle tannins, this red wine is perfect with grilled pork tenderloin, roast turkey, charcuterie & artisan cheese boards.
This wine is equally at home on a patio in the summertime or with a hearty meal in the winter.
