A medium-bodied red wine crafted in small batches with some of Niagara’s best Gamay Noir grapes. Made by a little known virtual winery – Divergence Wines – located in Niagara-on-the-Lake, the Gamay Noir grapes for this red wine were sourced from the Wingfield Vineyard managed by the Wismer Family – a highly sought after grape grower in Ontario.
Winemaker Jeff Moote is very proud of this medium bodied red wine. With the balance of red fruit and gentle tannins, this red wine is perfect with grilled pork tenderloin, roast turkey, charcuterie & artisan cheese boards.
