Creekside Unoaked Chardonnay

This classic wine is a pure expression of the Chardonnay grapes grown in Niagara.

Made without any oak to allow its character to shine through with each sip. Harvested from select vineyards in the Niagara Peninsula region, the grapes for this white wine were crushed then the juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks with a little lees (yeast) stirring and malolactic fermentation to make it an oh-so-easy drinking wine.

Open this bottle and pour yourself a glass of fruity, smooth, refreshing wine.  It is a prefect pairing with fish tacos, roasted chicken, sushi, linguine with clams, or a homemade pizza with roasted veggies.
