The 2024 growing season started with early bud break and steady warmth. By early September, the grapes were ripe with concentrated flavour and natural acidity. Careful timing of harvest ensured a balance of grapefruit punch and herbaceous lift.
Fermentation in stainless steel preserved purity and precision. The result is a Sauvignon Blanc that captures Niagara’s lively character—vibrant, crisp, and consistent vintage after vintage.
