A beautifully balanced Rosé that bridges Niagara’s fruit with Prince Edward County’s finesse.
Crafted from Pinot Noir grapes sourced at K. J. Watson Vineyards in the Niagara River sub-appellation, this Rosé was fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and purity. Made in a dry, medium-bodied style, it shows the precision and craftsmanship Closson Chase is known for.
Winemaker’s care is evident from start to finish — grapes were cold soaked for two days, then destemmed, pressed, and fermented at cool temperatures for over two weeks. This gentle approach captures the natural vibrancy of Ontario-grown Pinot Noir. The result is a beautifully balanced, food-friendly, vegan wine that highlights Closson Chase’s cool-climate finesse and commitment to sustainable winemaking in Prince Edward County.
