Cave Spring Vineyard Rosé Brut NV


Cave Spring Vineyard’s Rosé Brut sparkling is made with Gamay grapes to create a light strawberry colour with gorgeous aromas of cassis, cranberry, Maraschino cherry and even pine needle in the foreground.  Then there are hints of ginger, butterscotch, wet stone in the background. This complex bubbly wine offers different notes in every sip!

Extra dry and medium bodied with a fine mousse; there are plum tones, followed by a stony, citrus, tart sour cherry with gentle tannins.  As you finish the sip, there are nuances of Meyer lemon and fresh rhubarb.

This wine will pair beautifully with crab cakes, tuna tartar, beet and feta salad, cheese and charcuterie, artisan pizza, sushi, seared duck with cherry compote.

Winemakers recommend to enjoy from 2024 through 2030.

More about the winery: Originating from the Cave Spring Vineyard, located on a hillside of the Niagara Escarpment overlooking Lake Ontario, known as the Beamsville Bench.
