An off dry bubbles made with Gamay Noir + Pinot Noir. Be careful when opening — ‘Power Take Off’ lives up to its name! Delicious, full of red fruit & berries finished with refreshing cranberry. Beautiful froth.
Chill and enjoy…it is that simple! Our Sommeliers say that it would be delicious with some dark chocolate too.
