Black Bank Hill Runway Chardonnay 2023

This wine was made with 100% Chardonnay, grown and hand-harvested at the Black Bank Hill vineyard in the Niagara Peninsula. The grapes were whole-bunch pressed, racked entirely into stainless steel and fermented using cultured yeasts. The final result is this beautiful medium to full body pale lemon-straw colour wine, with aromas of yellow pear, white flowers, brioche and toasty notes. The palate continues with green apple, yellow pear, peanut brittle notes with refreshing acidity and a pleasing saline finish.
