The 2024 vintage was produced using the Charmat Method, a traditional approach where secondary fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks. This technique preserves freshness, highlighting vibrant aromatics and giving the wine its lively sparkle and creamy texture. The field blend approach—bringing together grapes like Auxerrois, Pinot Meunier, Viognier, Grüner Veltliner, Chenin Blanc, Pinot Blanc, and Savagnin—adds complexity, depth, and a signature Niagara expression.
