Made from hand-selected fruit and fermented at cool temperatures to preserve its natural aromas, this Niagara white wine balances lively citrus and orchard-fruit flavours with a clean, elegant finish. It’s dry and light-bodied, with just 3 g/L residual sugar, giving it the perfect crispness for Ontario summers.
